Shipping
All wallpaper patterns and murals are made to order within 7 to 10 business days and sent via standard ground delivery. Shipping time usually varied between 2 to 7 days, depending on your location. At the moment, we offer a flat shipping rate of $25 within Canada. International shipping, including to the U.S., will be calculated at checkout. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at hello@graficobrands.com for express shipping options.
Returns
All wallpaper patterns and murals are made to order! Hence, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect colors or sizes. We recommend you accurately measure the area to be covered before placing your order. Please note that the colors displayed on your screen may not be the same as the color of the delivered product.Samples are available upon request, email us at hello@graficobrands.com to order.
We highly recommend you check immediately inside the box and thoroughly inspect your wallpaper for any damage or manufacturing defects upon delivery. If you have accepted the package, take pictures of the damaged box and product and send them by email. In the event of damage during shipping or defective product, please retain all packaging materials and email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@graficobrands.com. We will guide you through our return/exchange process.
